i am avinash, a new entrant to the world of blogging and HR. i am currently studying at udai pareek hr labs, new delhi and am pursuing my pgd in hr and talent management. i am gonna be up for grabs for recruiters from december and lemme tell you that i am the top student of hr in my class, i am a highly academic oriented person and love the area of research. i am on the verge of completing my summer project on psychometric instruments. my work involved validating two instruments (Transactional Style Inventory and Leadership Profile Indicator) and writing the interpretations of a number of instruments for getting the instruments uploaded on the net. these instruments can be accessed from my b-school's website www.empiindia.com/portal/safi . just copy paste this link in your browser. so from 11 july 2007, i shall be posting a number of my views which might be directly or indirectly related to hr. so watch out for my comments as i am going to be the next hr god.
